This is Edith Grey's second year collaborating with local Raleigh brewery, Trophy Brewing Company for Black History Month. In total, we have designed eight cans in all that support meaningful non-profit organizations throughout the year. This month's proceeds will be In support of Friends of Oberlin Village—a non-profit dedicated to preserving the memory of Historic Oberlin Village.
This true-to-style West Coast IPA features Citra, Simcoe, Columbus, and Mosaic hops to achieve a dry, medium-bodied beer. Notes of fresh pine, resin, and citrus with a vibrant tropical aroma. 7.6% ABV.
